Activity: KA153 YOU - Mobility of Youth Workers in Portugal for 2 Youth Workers, educators, teachers, ….. from our organisation and participants from Portugal, Morocco, Poland, Romania and Cyprus.

Accomodation: Porto, Portugal, participants will stay in rooms 2/3/4 persons.

Dates of the Activity: 13/06/2025 - 19/06/2025 including travel days

Participants: 2 youth workers, educators, teachers, etc. from 5 countries.

Hosting / Promoting Organisation: Association NO GORDIO, Paredes, Porto, Portugal

Sending organisation: NGO ACPELIA, Cyprus

Total of 12 participants


Are you passionate about Non-Formal Education and Arts? Do you want to enhance your skills in artistic methodologies while working with diverse groups? We are looking for two enthusiastic youth workers/educators to participate in the Professional Development Activity (PDA) of the Erasmus+ project ART-ID, taking place in Porto, Portugal, from June 13 to 19, 2025.

Travelling food and accommodation all are paid from the program

2 Youthworkers /Teachers /Trainers will be selected from our organisation.

For the participants’ selection the following criteria will be taken into consideration:

• PARTICIPANTS REPRESENTS THE COUNTRY and the organisation FROM WHERE SHE/HE COMES FROM;

• Youth Workers, Leaders, teachers, Educators people that are working with youth

• Motivated, active member of society;

• Willing to participate actively and share knowledge,

• Experience and positive energy;

• Experienced or interested in working with Erasmus+ program



Project Description

ART-ID aims to explore art as an inclusive and educational tool for youth work. This project will equip youth educators with innovative methodologies in non-formal education, focusing on artistic expression as a means of fostering identity, inclusion, and personal development. Participants will engage in creative workshops, interactive learning, and peer exchange sessions, all designed to enhance their facilitation skills using artistic tools.

🎯 Main Objectives:

  • Train youth workers and educators in using artistic methodologies in non-formal education.

  • Enhance skills in facilitating creative and inclusive workshops for young people.

  • Promote social inclusion and identity building through the arts.

  • Strengthen networking and collaboration among European youth organizations.


👤 Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking two motivated youth workers/educators who:

✅ Have experience or strong interest in non-formal education and artistic activities.

✅ Are actively involved in youth work, training, or community engagement.

✅ Are willing to learn and share innovative educational practices.

✅ Have good communication skills and can work in an international team.

✅ Are available to travel to Porto, Portugal from June 13 to 19, 2025.
