Activity: KA153 YOU - Mobility of Youth Workers in Romania for 4 Youth Workers (plus accompanied person), educators, teachers, ….. from our organisation and participants from Romania, North Macedonia, Greece, and Cyprus.

Accomodation: Iasi, Romania, participants will stay in rooms 2/3/4 persons.

Dates of the Activity: 24/08/2025 - 30/08/2025 including travel days

Participants: 4 youth workers, educators, teachers (and one accompanied person), etc. from 4 countries.

Are you passionate about inclusive education and working with youths with disabilities? Do you want to gain new skills in non-formal education while exchanging best practices with international experts?

We are looking for 4 youth workers, educators, or teachers (including 1 participant with a disability and a possible accompanying person) to join us for the KA153YOU PDA: Non-Formal Education for Inclusion of Youths with Disabilities in Community Activities training in Iași, Romania from August 24-30, 2025!

Travelling food and accommodation all are paid from the program

4 Youthworkers /Teachers /Trainers will be selected from our organisation.

📍 About the Training

This fully funded Erasmus+ training aims to equip youth workers with inclusive methodologies to better support young people with disabilities in community activities. You will collaborate with 16 international participants, learn new tools, and contribute to creating more inclusive programs in your organization.

🎯 Objectives of the Program:

✅ Train youth workers to use non-formal education tools for working with youths with disabilities.

✅ Develop a framework for best practices and resource sharing among partner organizations.

✅ Design and test inclusive programs adaptable to different local contexts.

✅ Ensure sustainability by integrating inclusive practices into organizational strategies.

✅ Promote inclusive education through local activities and dissemination efforts.

👥 Who Can Apply?

✔ Youth workers, educators, teachers, trainers

✔ Experience or strong interest in inclusive education & non-formal learning

✔ Willingness to apply and share knowledge in local communities

✔ 1 participant with a disability is encouraged to join (accompanied person if needed)
